Steps

Heat a Kadhai then roast Rava in it and keep it separate once we get fragrance of rava and colour turns slightly brown.

Heat Ghee in a pan, once heated add mustard seeds till they crackle, then add cumins seeds to sizzle.

Now add Chana dal till they turn little brown then add onions and saute till they turn translucent.

Now add chopped green chillies with curry leaves and ginger and cook for little over a minute.

Now add water and sugar with required salt for taste, till we get to see that water is turning to boil.

Now add rava in batches of 5 tablespoons then mix it and then add next batch and so on till entire rava is added and mixed effectively.

Now cook for sometime, add water if needed then cover it with plate for 2 minutes after reducing the flame to sinmer.

Now add bit coriander leaves if prefer for garnishing and serve hot with chutney or pickle to relish your taste buds.
