In a heating pan, keep Water to boil, then take four washed medium sized Red Tomatoes and remove the edges.

Give a slit X mark on bottom of the it, then put in a boiling Water, cover with the lid and boil for 4 Min or until Tomatoes’ skin can be removed.

Then remove the Tomatoes from boiling Water, peel off the skin of Tomatoes and mash into puree with the help of masher.

In cooking pan, add Olive Oil or any Oil, finely chopped Garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 Min.

Then add chopped Onions and fry until turns golden brown.

Then add mashed Tomato puree and stir for few min.

Furthermore, add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, mixed herbs, Black Pepper Powder, Sugar, roughly chopped fresh Basil leaves and mix well and stir for 2 Min.

Lastly add Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) and mix well.

Now cover the lid and simmer the sauce on low flame for 5 min or until sauce turns thick.

Pizza sauce is now ready.
