Ingredients

  1. 25Big green chillies
  2. 15Small green chillies
  3. 8Roasted almond
  4. 3 tbspRoasted white zeera
  5. 3 tbspRoasted till
  6. 3 tbspRoasted coconut powder
  7. 3 tbspRoasted khashkaash
  8. 4 tbspImli pulp
  9. to tasteSalt according
  10. Tumeric powder half tsp
  11. 1 tspCoriander powder
  12. 2medium size Onion
  13. 1 tspwhite zeera
  14. 8-10khadi patta
  15. 1 cupCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First fry big green chillies in hot oil till get golden brown. Then keep aside in plate. Then in same oil put slice onion to saute.

    Second, In blender add saute onion, roasted items, tumeric powder, coriander powder, salt and green chillies and blend well, as into fine paste.

    Third, in remaining oil add white zeera and khadi patta, then add the blender paste in it. Cook well, as gravy left oil.

    Add imli pulp. Mix well and add big green chillies. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and dish out it and Serve with boiled egg.
