Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tspeno
  • as per taste salt
  • some water
  • 1 tspchopped carrot
  • 1 tspchopped capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything well in a bowl.

    Add eno.

  3. 3

    Give a nice mix.

  4. 4

    Heat a non stick pan,grease oil.

  5. 5

    Add a ladleful of batter and cook on slow flame.

  6. 6

    Once crisp flip the other side.

  7. 7

    Let it cook and serve.
