Steps

Cut your beef into smaller cubes. Wash it off running water and let drain. (Preferrably, goat meat)

Add water and salt. Let it boil.

When the water is almost done, remove the stock. Keep it for later use.

Let the meat start to fry on it's own oil. Make a hole in the middle of the saucepan, add the sugar. Stir to let the meat become brown.

Add ginger garlic paste. Stir and let aroma form. Then add the tomatoes

Stir until the tomatoes start to fry

Add the rose mary. Stir until aroma forms

Add soy sauce and honey. Stir

Add carrot and green bell pepper. Stir and serve while hot
