Dry gatta

#traditional.....this is a pure rajasthani special traditional recipe
Steps

First take a bowl add gram flour,salt,red chilli, gram masala, coriander powder, feenal seeds (sauf), Asafoetidaand mix well. Then add curd and oil make a fine dough....

Then take a small part of dough make long..gatta with held of plate...(AAP plate per rekh kar loi Ko lambai m bele)

Then boil water add ghee and add gatta boil till comes bubbles on gatta..it will take 10 to 12 min approximately.

Then strain gatta.cool it.

Then cut gatta with knife.then take a pan add oil heat it add Asafoetida, cumin seeds,add gatta and all spices mix well. Cook 2 min

Garnish with coriander leaves your dry gatta is ready to serve.
