Steps

Peel the outer layer of potatoes & cut them in thin slices.

Wash them properly & put them in a bowl.

Add all the ingredients & besan.Mix bhi well.keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the potatoes till they become golden from both sides.

Serve hot with any chutney of ur choice.
