Ingredients

  • 4 tbspmayonnaise
  • 3 tbspCreme fraiche
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Handfulfresh chives

    Mix the Creme fraiche, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice in a bowl. Using scissors finely chop the chives and then keep a pinch aside for garnish and mix the rest in. Place in fridge for 1 hour
