Cut all the vegetables in long pieces. Now put butter or oil on a non stick pan and roast the tortillas till they turn light brown on both sides. Put oil in a pan and let it heat up. Then add chopped onion and fry it. Now add garlic paste and fry till it becomes brown. Now add chopped capsicum to it and fry it well for 1 to 2 mints then add tomatoes to it. Now add black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and tomato sauce and mix well.

When all the vegetables are cooked well then add salt to it as per your taste. Our stuffing is ready.

Apply mayonnaise on a tortilla. Then spread the lettuce leaves on it and spread it well. Now spread the stuffing on it well. Then press and roll the tortillas from one side. Careful feeling should not come out.

The delicious and nutritious veg tortilla wrap is ready to serve. You can serve it by cutting it in half or similar. It can be eaten with any sauce. Children like it a lot
