1egg
1 1/2 cupmilk
2 tablespoonssugar
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 pinchsalt

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Mix the wet ingredients

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir in a turning motion. Until the mixture it uniform. Don't over stir

Leave for 15mins

In a pan add some oil and a soupspoon of the mixture and heat on low heat until bubbles start to form. Turn and cook the other side until golden brown

Pancakes are ready and can be served with chocolate syrup.
