Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. For cover
  2. 2 CupsWheat Flour
  3. 1 CupMaida (All purpose flour)
  4. 1 CupChickpea Flour (Besan)
  5. 1 tspHot oil
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. For Filling
  8. 4 Cups Coriander Chopped
  9. 1 Cup Grated Dry Coconut
  10. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  11. 1 Cup Roasted Peanut Powder
  12. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  13. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  14. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  15. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  16. 1 tspAamchur
  17. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  18. 1/2 tspMustard Seed
  19. 1/2 tspCumin Seed
  20. 1/2 tspFennel Seed
  21. 2 tspOil
  22. 1 tspSalt
  23. 1/3Pan Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the all ingredients of cover to soft dough, keep aside

    In pan take oil on medium flame and give tadka with all seeds, Asafoetida and all spices along with coconut.

    Continuously rotate spatula otherwise it will burn, and add peanut powder and all stuff of filling.

    Mix coriander well and cover with lid and cook 2-3 min.

    Take small dough, roll it elongated. Filled the filling in center and close it from all side.

    Round it that pipe to ring shape.

    Fry it on slow flame till golden and crispy. Serve with chutney and sauce.
