Steps

First take a bowl rinse the poha then add curd, grams flour, pinch of salt little some water and properly mix it just like a dough keep a side

Now take a bowl peel the boiled potatoes and mash it then add all spices and salt according ur taste and mix well

Now take a poha mixture then add potatoes stuffings make a cutlets shape

Now heat the frying pan take a cooking oil heated properly then put in to cutlet in oil and deep fry it
