Ingredients

  • 200 grm baby potatoes
  • 1 cuptomato ginger paste
  • 1 tbspcumin coriander powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add potatoes and saute for few minutes

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree and ginger

  4. 4

    Saute adding red chilli powder

  5. 5

    Now add a little water and cook until the potato is soft
