Ingredients

4aloo diced
500gobhi cut into small pieces
2chopped tomato
1 tspjeera
1 tbspoil
To tastesalt and red chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder

Steps

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add jeera saute it, now add tomato cooked till soft add all regular spices, mix well, add washed aloo and gobhi. Mix well.

Now add 1.ladle water, close lid and cooked fir 1 whistle.

Aloo gobhi is ready to serve.
