Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupWhipped cream
  2. 2Bread slice
  3. 1/4 cupSugar syrup
  4. 2 cupMilk
  5. to tasteSugar
  6. PinchCardamom powder
  7. As neededDry fruits chopped
  8. 1/2 cupGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take milk and boil..

  2. 2

    Add corn flour and sugar

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder 1 pinch

  4. 4

    Cook on medium flame for 15 mins

  5. 5

    Cool down mixture and u will get rabri

  6. 6

    Cut bread slices in circles

  7. 7

    Shallow fry in oil

  8. 8

    In a glass layer some whip cream

  9. 9

    Layer bread slice and pour 1 tbsp sugar syrup

  10. 10

    Now top up rabri and dry fruits on top

  11. 11

    Serve chilled
