1 ltrMilk
1/2 cupvermicelli
1/2 tspCardamom powder 10-12 strands - Saffron
As neededalmonds, crushed coarsely
As neededpistachios, crushed coarsely
1 tspGhee

Steps

1

Heat ghee in a deep pan. Add vermicelli, roast till very light pinkish.

Add all other ingredients, reduce heat.

Simmer for 5 mins, stirring frequently.
4

Serve Hot.
