Grilled Paneer and Mushrooms

Cut paneer according to ur choice. It should not be thin otherwise it will break.

Take glass bowl. Add yoghurt and mix and masalas into it.

Take little masala and put mushrooms in separate bowl

In rest of masalas add paneer. Keep paneer and mushrooms for Marination in fridge for atleast one hour.

Now take a grill pan and add gher or oil. Now add butter too. Put paneer on grill pan.

Take another pan and add ghee and butter. Put mushrooms and saute.

Let the paneer saute on grill for 5 7 mins. Take it on platter. In same pan add onions and capsicum and saute for 3 4 mins.

Arrange the platter. And serve with mint chutney.
