Steps

In a plate take paneer and crumble it nicely,mash paneer for 4-5 minutes.

Now add powder sugar and mix it properly.After mixing add powder Milk and again mix properly.

Switch On the gas flame and heat up a kadhai now add all the paneer mixture and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.Now switch off the flame.

Take a plate and grease it with Desi ghee pour the mixture in the plate and level it equally.

Keep it in the refrigerator for two hours After that cut it into the small pieces and garnish with almond.and serve.
