Firstly grind Chana daal in grinder. And make smooth paste. now add salt, turmuric Powder in paste.then add heeng, jeera, dry mango powder, Red Chilli powder.mix it well.

Now add garlic chilli paste in daal. After that take a arbi patta.and spread daal paste.make thin layer. Then put another arbi leaf on it. And again spread paste with hand.make 6 -8 patta like this on the top. Then roll it tightly inner side with help of hand. to make all pattra like this. all roll give Steam for 10 minutes.

After that take out from steamer gently. Cut into small pieces. and fry it in hot oil.ready to serve crispy pattra. u can eat only after Steam.if u don't want fry it. delicious pattra ready to serve.😊😋
