In a kadai add vermicelli and roast till golden brown.

Remove it on a plate.

In a kadhai add desi ghee when hot add jeera seeds after crackle add chopped vegetables.

Add salt, red chilli powder cover for 5 minute now add double water cover again when water boils add vermicelli.

Cover it with a lid cook until water absorbs.

Off the flame and rest 5 mins ready for serve.
