In a mixing bowl add potatoes, green chilli, onion.

Add chilli flakes, chaat masala.

Mix schezwan sauce, mayonnaise, well, add cheese spread/mozrella cheese/cheese slice, mix well.

Add this mixture into the mixing bowl, mix well, keep it in freeze for 30 minutes.

Cut the corner of the bread, roll lightly with rolling pin, cut round with cookie cutter.

Mix maida, salt, water and make a paste.

Place one disc, add filling, spread nicely, apply maida paste on edges, cover it with another disc, press edges lightly, press with fork on edges.

Make a batter of maida and water, take one piece and dip into slurry, coat with bread crumbs.

Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown, flip and fry on both sides.

Bread kachori is ready to serve, serve hot with tarmaid chutney or green mint chutney.
