Boil 750 ml water in a deep pan, add salt and oil, when water boil add pasta in this.

When 80% pasta done left out in a strainer and pour cold water over it to stop cooking process.

In other pan heat oil add chopped onion when done add tomato puree and red chill powder.

Add salt and stir on low flame, now add chopped capsicum stir and add garlic powder.

Onion powder and pasta sauce.

Mix this, now add dry herb and black pepper powder and mix.

Add mayonnaise, fresh cream and tomato sauce and stir.

Mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
