  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 1onion (small slice chopped)
  3. 1green chilli (small slice chopped)
  4. 1tomato (small slice chopped)
  5. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder (daniya)
  7. 1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  8. Little coriander leaves (daniya)
  9. 1/2 cupwater
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala

Steps

method
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil.add onion, green chilli, tomato cook in low flame.add haldi powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, add garam masala powder and chicken.

  2. 2

    And cook add salt and stir on a low flame add water and boil for 5 minutes.Add coriander leaves. Serve with chapathi.
