Kidney
Ginger garlic paste
Salt as require
Red chilli t spoon
White zeera 2 t spoon
2 spoonCoriender powder
Oil for cooking
Coriender leaves n garlic for garnish

Cut all in mediul sizes n wash neatly.

Take a pan oil n pour ginger garlic paste n cook well with liver n kidnies. Add white zeera n spices. Add little water n mix well n cover for few mints.

Now add brain n little water n cover with lid on low flame n cook for 8 to 10 mints n serve
