  2. 1 cupvegetable oil
  3. 2 cupssugar
  4. 2 cupszucchini
  5. 3 tspvanilla
  6. 3 cupsflour
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspbaking soda
  9. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  10. 3 tspcinnamon
  11. 1 cupwalnuts
  12. 2 tbsporange peel (opt)

    Beat eggs, add next four ingredients

    Beat slightly, than add flour mixture

  3. 3

    Grease and flour pans

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 for one hour
