Ingredients

  • 1 cupspinach puree
  • 1 cupchikpea(besan)
  • 1 cupall purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspcarom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 tspblack pepper (kalimirch powder)
  • 1/2 cupoil

Steps

    In a mixing bowl,add all purpose flour and chickpea (besan)flour and add palak puree,add oil

    Add carom seeds, add black pepper, add salt

    Mix it well properly.Soft dough is ready.make balls and roll small puri

    Now prick it with knife.In a pan add oil and deep fry all the pooris. palak papdi is ready.
