Ingredients

  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1/3 Cupsugar
  3. 1 Tbsphoney
  4. 9 Tbspcake flour
  5. 4 Tspwater
  6. 1/2 Tspbaking powder
  7. Red bean filling (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix eggs sugar and honey.

    Sift cake flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    (Important!) The secret to fluffy pancakes is to add the water slowly. So mix and add slowly!

  4. 4

    Pre heat the pan before you put the pancake on. Oil pan and disrepute with cloth. Place pancake on heated pan. And flip once you see bubbles coming to the surface.

    Serve with syrup or red bean paste. Enjoy these sweet pancakes!
