Heat a heavy bottom wok add milk boils nicely.Off the gas cool it 5 mints.remove milk.Add lemon juice adding by water.Add the juice step by step.Strain the chena.Chena is ready.

Griend the chhena,sugar,green cardamom half cup milk to make a smooth mixture.Greased a plate.

Transfer the chhena mixture on the plate spread some saffron stands.Heat a kadhei add water put a stand.Then place the chhena mixture plate &cover it for 30 mints.

After 30 mints Steam sandesh is ready.Cool it & freeze it 20 mints.After 20 mints cut it pieces & serve it.
