Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, black pepper powder, salt, water in the mutton & let it boil so that the water completely evaporates. Shred the boiled mutton pieces & except parwal, oil,ghee and the batter ingredients, mix all the ingredients with the mutton.

Cut the parwal as shown below, remove the seeds & rub pinch of salt, turmeric, red chilli powder in it.

Then add the mutton stuffing in the slitted parwal.

Take a bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned in batter section, mix them with water & make a thick batter.

Heat oil and ghee in a pan, dip the stuffed parwal in batter & deep fry them.

And your delicious Shahi Stuffed Parwal is ready to serve! Serve it hot with pulao, rice or flat bread.
