Ingredients

3 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
1 tbspyeast
1 tspbaking powder
3 tbsppowder milk+1/2 cup for coating the puffs
1 cupwarm water
Pinchsalt
1egg

Steps

In a bowl add all ingredients and mix to make thick batter,cover and let it rise for 30minutes until double in size

After rising punch the batter again and mix well,heat up your oil in a pan fry your puffs until golden brown

Allow to cool,and coat your puffs in powder milk
