In a bowl or sauce pan, add honey, oil, salt and cinnamon mix well till ingredients are all warm and well mixed together.

Mix your oats, nuts, and coconut together then add the sauce mixture. Mix well and allow to cool for about 15 minutes before storing in a jar.
