Ingredients

  • 750 GMbeef boneless
  • 2 cupchickpea lentins
  • To tastesalt
  • 25button red chillies
  • 1 inchcinnamon wood
  • 10cloves
  • 10black pepper
  • 1/2 TSPjaifal javitri powder
  • 3-4 tbspcorn flour
  • 3/4 TSPgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beef and lentins with all spices for 3-4 hours

  2. 2

    When it tenders let it cool.

  3. 3

    Grind it in machine.

  4. 4

    Add corn flour and garam masala powder and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Make round Kabab and fry till golden brown.
