as per taste amchur powder
2 tspoil

Heat oil in pan.

Add potatoes

Now add salt,red chilli,coriander powder,haldi powder and amchur powder mix it well. Cook for 10/15 mins on medium flame. Eat with chapati.Now dish is ready.
