Always I like to think about recipes. Suddenly I recall a recipe which was half done in Frying pan, I mean all ingredients were mixed at one time. I feel if I make like that way with my new innovation then it will make a another mouthwatering preparation.

Always I like to think about recipes. Suddenly I recall a recipe which was half done in Frying pan, I mean all ingredients were mixed at one time. I feel if I make like that way with my new innovation then it will make a another mouthwatering preparation.

Make a paste of ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, whole ground masala, turmeric powder and red chillies. Add sliced onion in the bowl of chicken and add paste of masala.

Add red chilli powder and black pepper powder in int. Then fried potatoes. Add hot mustard oil in it. Place whole thing into the Kadai and add salt, sugar andcurd. If require add little water. Cover it and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
