2-3 servings

5 slicesbread
1 cupmilk
2eggs
1 tbspsugar
1/2 tspcardamom powder
1 tbspghee
1/2 cupoil

Mix eggs, sugar, milk, cardamom powder well in a bowl.

Heat oil & ghee in a pan, dip the bread slices in egg mixture, then lower the flame, put the bread slices & fry till golden brown. (You can add pinch of turmeric in egg mixture to get a nice colour of toast)

And your delicious Fluffy sweet toast is ready to serve!
