Cooking Instructions

In a big bowl add wheat flour,salt,ajwain and oil. Knead a hard dough.And rest for 15 mint.

Another bowl add boiled ChanaDal,salt red chilli, Coriander powder.Garam masala and mix well.

Take a small portion of the dough make a roll and flat in Palm and stuff with mix Dal.Again flat with palms.Fry in medium ho oil.

Your ChanaDal Puri is ready to serve.
