Ingredients

  1. 6tilapia fish
  2. Spicy yaji
  3. Oil for basting
  4. cubeSeasoning
  5. Dried rosemary
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. Lime

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Gut, clean and remove scale from fish. Wash thoroughly and make diagonal cuts on the fish. Marinade with ingredients

  2. 2

    When serve Allow fish to marinade while u set up barbecue stand and get the coal ready and lighted. Arrange your fish on the grill. Baste with oil.

    Allow to grill thoroughly on one side then turn over the other side and grill.

  4. 4

    When well grilled, serve garnished with lime wedges and some edible greens eg parsley
