Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 6 cupsWheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupsooji
  3. 1/2 cupbesan
  4. 1/2 cupriceflour
  5. 1/2 cupdahi
  6. 2 cupsPalak puree with green chillies and garlic
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cupoil for the dough
  10. oil for frying
  11. 1 tspajwain
  12. 2 tbspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients(flour, besan, sooji, rice flour, salt and sugar) together.

    Add palak puree, oil, dahi, ajwain and sesame seeds. Make a dough that is not too soft. Add a little water if needed.

    Keep the dough covered for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Roll the dough into puris and fry in the oil.

  5. 5

    Serve with mango pickle and raita.
