Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  4. 1/4 tspajwain
  5. 1 tbspkasoori methi
  6. 1 tbspoil for kneading
  7. as requiredWater to knead
  8. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take all the dry ingredients in a big bowl. Add oil for kneading.

  2. 2

    Knead a tight dough using minimum water and keep aside for 15 minutes. Make small balls.

  3. 3

    Roll out like a poori.

  4. 4

    Heat oil for frying in a wok.

  5. 5

    When oil is hot slide down the rolled out poori carefully and fry.

  6. 6

    Take out when puffed and serve hot.
