Sweets/desserts are one of the important dishes in any cuisine. Indian festivals are incomplete without a sweet dish. This sweet, stuffed, Indian flat bread are made by me on this Raksha bandhan. This auspicious festival is of brother - sister love and bonding.
Key ingredients of this bread are khoya ( evaporated milk solids ) & almonds.

Steps

Saute khoya in ghee. Once it cools down completely, mix almonds and powdered sugar.

Knead medium dough from wheat flour, add 1 tsp oil in it.

Now roll small roti, put some prepared khoya mixture. Cover roti from all sides, make like ball.

Roll lightly. Do not roll with pressure to make it thin.

In a pre heated skillet, shallow fry it in ghee from both sides.

Serve hot & relish it.
