Ingredients

30 minutes
2 persons
  • 1 cupgrated khoya
  • 1/4 cupor to taste powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cupthin sliced almonds
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tspoil
  • As neededGhee for making vedmi

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Saute khoya in ghee. Once it cools down completely, mix almonds and powdered sugar.

    Knead medium dough from wheat flour, add 1 tsp oil in it.

  3. 3

    Now roll small roti, put some prepared khoya mixture. Cover roti from all sides, make like ball.

    Roll lightly. Do not roll with pressure to make it thin.

    In a pre heated skillet, shallow fry it in ghee from both sides.

    Serve hot & relish it.
