Ingredients

1 packglass noodles
2spring onions chopped
1onion thinly sliced
2sliced shallots
Coriander
Handfulpeanuts
250 gminced pork or chicken
1 packcooked prawns
Sauce base
to tasteRed chilli
to tasteChilli jam
Juice of 1 lime
Table spoonfish sauce
2 table spoonpalm sugar

Steps

1

Mix the sauce base ingredients together.

Cook glass noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
3

Cook pork/chicken mince.
4

Mix all ingredients together and top with peanuts, coriander and spring onion. Enjoy.
