Ingredients

  • 1 cuppaneer
  • 3potatoes
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 pieceginger
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tbspmaida
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • For coating vermicelli
  • As neededMaida batter
  • As neededbesan
  • As neededOil for frying
  • As neededTomato sauce for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the paneer, potatoes. Add all ingredients except maida batter, vermicelli and oil.

  2. 2

    Mix well and make balls, dip in the maida batter and coat it with the vermicelli. Refrigerate for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and deep fry the balls. Serve in plate with tomato ketchup
