  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. Red pepper, scotch bonnet,tomatoes and onions
  3. 1n half cooking spoon G/nut oil
  4. 3maggi cube,2 knor,1onga sachet
  5. 1maggi signature sachet
  6. Fried Sallah meat

Cooking Instructions

    Per boil rice,wash and sieve

  2. 2

    Put wewwen it boils then u add ur per boiled rice,stir and cover to cookGrind ur red pepper, scotch bonnet tomatoes and onions

  3. 3

    Place a pot on fire put ur required cooking oil add ur grinded kayan Miya and stir fire then u add in ur seasonings excluding ur Maggi signature then ur add ur required water cover and allow it to boil

  4. 4

    When it boils add the per boiled rice and Sallah meat,stir and cover to cook

  5. 5

    When it is about to be well cooked then u add 1 Maggi signature sachet stir and cover

  6. 6

    Serve
