Per boil rice with little salt&curry together with the peas and set aside

Heat oil in a large pan, onions,chicken breast and crushed scotch bonnet&onions and add the seasoning cubes and 2 whole scotch bonnets

Fry 2-3minutes

Add shredded carrots and fry for 5minutes stirring occasionally

Add curry

Add the rice and stir untill fully combined

Add slice onions. Cover&Allow to simmer for 5minutes

Chicken ingredients; cooked chicken thigh,thyme,curry,onga,crushed onion&scorch bonnet

Add the spices,scorch bonnet&seasoning cube to the chicken and heat oil in pan and shallow fry it
