Homemade Cream cheese
Steps

Heat milk until simmering and starts to boil

Reduce heat. Add lemon juice one tablespoon at a time at intervals stirring constantly

Cook until mixture curdles. Stir until the mixture separates

Remove from the heat. Put large sieve over a bowl. Put clean kitchen towel on the sieve and pour the mixture on thr towel

Let the mixture strain for 15 minutes
- 6
Transfer mixture to blender and blend until mixture is silky smooth
- 7
Refrigerate if not using immediately, use to make cheese cake and other desserts
