Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour
2 tspturmeric powder
1 tbspred chilli powder
2 tspsalt
1 cupOil
1 tbsplemon chilli pickle
1 tbspcurd
2 tspgaram masala

Steps

In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp oil and make a dough with the help of water.

Make a puri with the dough.

Heat oil in a pan.

Once oil heat deep puri and fry.

Serve with curd and chilli lemon pickle.
