  1. 250 gbreast chicken(chopped)
  2. 500 gWheat noodles
  3. Seasoning 1:
  4. 25 gonion
  5. 25 ggarlic
  6. 1 cmginger
  7. 1 cmturmeric
  8. 5 piecescandlenut
  9. Seasoning 2:
  10. 1 tbspsugar
  11. 1 tbspsalt
  12. 2 gcoriander powder
  13. 2 gground pepper
  14. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  15. 50 gpalm sugar
  16. 2lime leaves
  17. 2bay leaves
  18. 1lemongrass
  19. Additional:
  20. 3 tbspCooking oil
  21. Water
  22. 1 tspSesame oil
  23. 1 tspSalty soy sauce
  24. Green onion (chopped)
  25. Fried onion
  26. Mustard greens
  27. Dumpling crackers

Cooking Instructions

    Chicken sauce:Blend seasoning 1 with some water until smooth.

    Heat pan in medium heat, pour cooking oil and seasoning 1. Put in breast chicken. Stir.

    Add seasoning 2. Add 200 ml water. Stir and cooked for 15 minutes.

    In other pan, boil wheat noodle. If the noodles are cooked. Take the noodles and throw the water.

    Put some noodles in the bowl, add sesame oil and salty soy sauce. Stir. Add chicken sauce. Pour some hot water. Add green onion, fried onion, mustard greens, and dumpling crackers.
