Ingredients

  1. 2onion finely chopped
  2. 500 gmMutton kaleji
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1 cupyoghurt
  6. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tbspdhaniya powder
  8. 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  11. As neededFresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion untill brown.then add ginger garlic paste and fry untill raw smell goes off.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and fry for 2mins, add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, salt, garam masala powder and cook for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Add yogurt, mutton liver and water and cook for 15mins on low flame.garnish with fresh coriander.
