Steps

Cut all vegetables into small pieces

Put all vegetables into a pressure cooker

Add the 2 stock cubes into the pressure cooker with water

Add the seasonings. For extra kick, add loads of black pepper

Get the fish out of their cans using a can opener

Add the fish into the pressure cooker

Add more water until all ingredients are covered

Cook everything in 1 hour in high heat

When ready, eat and enjoy!
