Steps

Mix curd and oats

Add Chopped onions,carrots, broccoli or any other Vegetable you want to add.

Add spices I.e. salt,peppers,garam masala and herbs.

Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

Add little water if you feel the consistency is thick else the mixture is ready for Chilla making.

Put little amount of ghee on tawa and pour the mixture on hot tawa in low flame.

Cover it with a lid and than heat it from other side.

Oats Chilla is ready.
